These terms apply to your use of this website, which is run by HTG Accountants Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15328163), registered office 4 Emery Lane, Boston, PE21 8QA.
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you engage us for accounting or tax work, that work is governed by the engagement letter we agree with you, which takes priority over these terms where the two differ.
Information, not advice
The articles, guides and examples on this website are general information. They are not advice for your particular situation, and tax rules and deadlines change. Please speak to us before acting on anything you read here. We are happy to help.
Prices and quotes
Prices on this website exclude VAT unless we say otherwise. Where a price is shown as “from”, or a service is quoted, the fee depends on the size and complexity of the work.
Your exact fixed fee is confirmed in writing before any work starts. We will not charge for extra work without agreeing it with you first.
Ordering online
Some services, such as Companies House filings, can be ordered and paid for on this website. When you place an order you will receive an order number, which you can use to track its progress.
- Please make sure the information you give us is accurate and complete. We file what you provide.
- As a business supervised by HMRC under the Money Laundering Regulations, we must verify the identity of our clients. We may need to complete these checks before we can start or file anything.
- Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
If you are buying as a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services bought online. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
Your customer account
If you create an account, please keep your password private and let us know straight away if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or other users' information;
- send viruses or other harmful code, or anything that could damage or overload the site;
- submit someone else's details without their permission.
