• Directors’ Service AddressShown on the public register instead of the director's home address, so your home address is kept off public records.
• Unique Office Number with AddressA unique office number is added to the address so your post is identified and sorted to you.
• Use Address for Registration of Maximum 1 Company / BusinessThe address can be registered for one company or business. Each extra company needs its own address service.
• Receive All Mail from UK Government BodiesPost from Companies House, HMRC, other UK government bodies and the courts is received and handled at no extra charge.
• Use Address for Marketing & AdvertisingYou can print the address on your website, business cards, letterheads and adverts.
• Receive Post (Up to 15 Items per Month)We accept up to 15 items of post for you each month.
• Notify You via Email When You Receive PostWe email you when post arrives, so you know to expect a scan or forwarded copy.
• Proof of AddressWe provide a letter confirming your company uses the address, for example when opening a business bank account.
• Scan and Email Your MailYour post is opened, scanned and emailed to you as a PDF. Business post is £0.50 per letter; government post is free.
• Forward Your Mail Via Post (Paid)Original letters can be posted to an address you choose, charged at Royal Mail postage plus a 15% handling fee.
• 1 Year Contract (Billed Annually)A 12-month service paid once a year. We remind you 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before it's due for renewal.
